Free Fitness Is Back at The Foundry in Downtown Loveland

The Foundry Plaza is hosting a free outdoor fitness series through the summer months. Rotating yoga classes taught by Loveland Yoga instructors run throughout the week — no registration required, just bring a mat and water. Fly Fitness is adding free Barre classes on Sunday mornings, with the next one on July 12 at 8am. Pilates rounds out the Tuesday lineup.

For locals who've been meaning to try something new this summer, it's one of the easier on-ramps available. Downtown Loveland's event calendar has full details on timing and rotating instructors.

One Sweet Summer Events Fill Downtown Loveland

Loveland's "One Sweet Summer" series continues to bring weekly concerts, fitness classes, and community activities to downtown through the season. Most events are free or low-cost, centered around The Foundry and the surrounding blocks. It's become a reliable weekly reason to get outside in the evening — and one of the things that makes a Loveland summer feel worth being here for.

Colorado's Peak Growing Season Is Here

July is peak harvest season for some of Colorado's best produce. Sweet corn and peaches are at their freshest right now, and CU Anschutz Health notes that eating locally in Colorado this month is one of the most nutritionally rich choices you can make. Fresh-picked produce carries higher nutrient density than anything shipped from afar.

Pairing an active summer routine with seasonal eating is one of the most straightforward ways to support overall wellness this time of year. At The CBD Store in Loveland, we see it as part of the same picture — move your body, eat what's in season, and support recovery thoughtfully.

Supporting Active Bodies Through a Colorado Summer

Colorado summer stacks activity fast. Morning hikes, free fitness classes at The Foundry, weekend trail miles, evening walks around Loveland. The altitude and July heat mean your body is working harder than it would at sea level, even on what feel like easy days.

Many of our customers have built a simple before-and-after habit around their outdoor activity. CBG-forward options are popular before going out — supporting a clear-headed, focused state without the edge of caffeine. After activity, CBD topicals are among the most direct ways to soothe tired muscles right where the soreness is.

The best wellness habits are the ones that actually stick. Loveland summer makes the movement part easy. The recovery piece is where we come in.
