The CBD Store sells hemp-derived CBD wellness products, including oils, gummies, topicals, pet products, vape products, and other wellness supplements. Please understand:

  • All of our products are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% THC in compliance with federal law (or applicable limits under the 2025 Hemp Act)

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping: $10 flat rate on all orders
  • Free shipping: on orders over $50
  • Free local delivery: available for Loveland, CO addresses
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address — we are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided
  • It is your responsibility to know whether CBD products can legally be shipped to your state or jurisdiction

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — do not share your password
