The Recipe
Nothing complicated. You just need a blender and about three minutes.
Grab two ripe Palisade peaches — peeled and pitted — or about a cup of frozen peach slices if you bought a big box and stashed some. Add half a banana, a cup of oat milk or coconut milk, a small handful of ice, and one full dropper of CBDfx CBD+CBG Oil Wellness Tincture ($55).
