September's almost done. The shop has had a particular rhythm to it this last week — customers who started coming in back in August are showing up with a clarity they didn't have then. They know what they want. They're not browsing. That's always a good sign.
The Products That Earned Their Spot
Two things kept moving off the shelf this month more than we expected when fall started.
The first is the GoodLeaf Pain Butter ($70). It's a whipped body butter with 2,300mg of nano CBD and CBG — and when we say it absorbs fast, we mean it. The shea butter and manuka honey base feels genuinely good on skin, not clinical. We put this on the radar of anyone who's been active this fall and is starting to feel it. The repeat purchases on this one have been consistent enough that we've made sure to keep it stocked.
The second is the CBDfx CBD Gummies with Turmeric & Spirulina ($60). These found a quieter audience — the people who aren't chasing a particular effect so much as thinking about their body going into a season that's harder on joints. CBD alongside turmeric is a pairing that makes sense, and having it in a daily gummy means people actually take it.
What We've Noticed
The customers who've kept a consistent CBD routine through September have a different energy than someone trying something for the first time. They're not wondering if it works. They've already sorted that out. What they're asking now is more specific — the right potency, the right timing, whether there's a better format for what they're doing.
That kind of conversation is the best part of running this shop. Not the initial introduction, but the follow-up. When someone comes back with something specific to say about what helped and what didn't, that's where the real recommendation happens.
Going Into October
October in Northern Colorado has its own pace. The outdoor season changes, and the sleep challenges that come with shorter days tend to surface around mid-month. If you want to come in before the month flips, we're at 677 E. Eisenhower Blvd. in Loveland — open Monday through Saturday 11am–6pm and Sunday noon–5pm. This time of year we're happy to spend a few extra minutes helping people figure out what makes sense for what's ahead.
